Development of Web Appgeyser Assisted E-learning Media to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills on Physics’s Quantities and Units

This research aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of Web Appgeyser-assisted e-learning media developed for physics learning. This research uses the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo. The test subjects were limited to class X6 with 10 students and a wide trial with 71 students in class X4 and class X7. The research instruments used were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, implementation of lesson plans, and tests of critical thinking skills. Research data analysis techniques through validity, reliability, and N-gain tests. The results of the research obtained: 1) material validation by the validator gets an average of 3.8 in the "very good" category, media experts get an average of 3.8 in the "very good" category, so that it was declared valid, 2) the practicality of the media is seen from the implementation of the RPP with Percentage Agreement 99% included in the "reliable" category and the student response questionnaire with a percentage of 82.06% in the "good" category, 3) the effectiveness of learning media was seen from the increased learning outcomes of critical thinking skills, namely 0.78 in the "high" category. For this reason, the development of Web Appgeyser-assisted e-learning media meets valid, practical, and effective criteria, to improve the critical thinking skills of Class 10 SMA students in learning material quantities and units.
